What is Lucid Dreaming, who are the people who research it,

Have you ever had a dream where you knew you were dreaming? Well, that is Lucid Dreaming. If you are wondering on how long Lucid Dreaming has been around, you can go as far back as Aristotle to find information on the subject. “On Dreams” by Aristotle gives an interesting insight to Lucid Dreaming. His approach is rather philosophical in nature, go figure.
